Krabi Horizon villas are available on a long term leasehold basis,
consisting of an initial registration for a period of 30 years,
plus another 30 years term. Therefore the purchaser will own the
property for a total period of 60 years.
However, for the commercial building, there will be available
on a short or long term leasehold for a maximum of 30 years.
